Sponsor Attendee Registration

Please enter the name and email address of those individuals attending the event. The number of attendees is determined by your level of sponsorship. If you are unsure of how many attendees your sponsorship includes, please check here or contact the HBRAMA office at 617-773-3305 or admin@archive.hbrama.com.

Please note that the form asks for a meal selection. The choices are: Chicken Fontina – Breasts of Chicken stuffed with Prosciutto, Fontina Cheese and Basil Pesto with a Balsamic Tomato Sauce or Steak – Roasted New York Sirloin of Beef with a Balsamic Glaze and Pancetta Peppercorn Cabernet Sauce. Please let us know if there are any allergies or special requirements. If oyu have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us at admin@archive.hbrama.com.
